2026 Adult Pricing

Standard: Flat fee for registering for as and adult for a week at camp or with the trek program. All units must have appropriate two-deep leadership present to meet youth protection requirements. Upon request, registered adult leaders may trade out with a different leader mid-week.

Patrol Cooking: This option is available for units who would prefer to cook their own food at camp, rather than eat in the dining hall.

Promotions:

–One adult leader registration is included free for every ten youth registered

$200 unit site deposit fee due at the time of registration (non-refundable fee to secure campsite and will be applied to final invoice)

Up until April 1st, (Early Bird deadline) there is no penalty for canceling or adjusting registration numbers for summer camp.

Between April 2nd and June 1st, any reductions in attendance or cancellations will result in 15% of the regular registration fee (for both youth and adults) taken out of the refund or applied to the balance due.

After June 1st, cancellations or reductions in attendance will result in no refunds.  Exceptions may be made for anyone with an emergency, positive COVID tests, or doctor's notes. This documentation is due no later than August 15th to receive a refund.

Campsites

The table to the left shows our campsites available for reservation, including the number of 2-person canvas tents that will be set up in each site. If your unit needs additional space, you can reserve a second nearby site for no additional cost (contact the camping department to discuss your options). All of the sites can accommodate many personal tents for additional capacity. For a map of our campsites, check out our document library.
